Sibusiso is a seasoned investment banking and investment management executive with over 24 years of experience.

For 13 years, he was an executive director and shareholder at Thesele Group (“Thesele”), an investment company where he was responsible for deal origination, execution, and post-acquisition portfolio management. During his time at Thesele, Sibusiso gained experience across a range of industries, including asset management, real estate development, manufacturing, mining, and automotive component distribution. He served as lead director at M&G Investments (formerly Prudential Portfolio Managers) and at Probe Group and Crown Homes, a residential property developer.

Prior to Thesele, Sibusiso worked as an investment banker for Sansara Financial Services, Macquarie Capital, Andisa Capital, HSBC, and Capital Alliance Asset Managers, providing corporate finance, project finance advisory and capital raising services to clients in South Africa and internationally.

Sibusiso is the Chairman of the Sagole Housing Fund II Investment Committee.

He holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree from the University of KwaZulu Natal, Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Wits Business School, Masters in Accounting and Masters in Business Administration from Bond University, Australia.
