Njabulo is an accomplished executive with a 28-year career spanning auditing, private equity, investment management, and public service.

For 11 years, he served as a partner at Treacle Private Equity, where he co-managed Treacle Fund I and Fund II. Both funds successfully placed in the top quartile of their vintage years. He now oversees his family investments, which includes an equity investment in 2ND Avenue Capital.

His passion extends to philanthropy as a dedicated trustee of the Fort Hare Foundation, managing an endowment on behalf of the University of Fort Hare and under-privileged students. As Chairperson at Sunfield Fortuna, a non-profit entity providing care for people with disabilities, he actively contributes to making a positive difference to individuals’ lives. This dedication to social causes stems from his commitment to community development and social justice. He also serves on the investment committees of high-impact private equity funds.

Njabulo holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of KwaZulu Natal and a Masters in Accounting from Long Island University CW Post, New York. His early experience as a senior associate at Deloitte, New York, where he qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), provided him with valuable financial expertise and industry insights
